How to Make Money from YouTube

YouTube’s popularity has grown tremendously and so has its profits. Google saw great potential from that site and so it bought it out for over a billion dollars a while back. Now as a regular internet surfer you can have a piece of that pie indirectly. If you offer YouTube videos on your blog then you can actually make a good amount of money from it.

Bandwidth Concern
You may think that you have to download YouTube videos and upload them to your server(s) and use up your bandwidth, but you really don’t have to. Instead, you will be using YouTube’s bandwidth and that’s it.

First thing is first, go to AdBrite.com and sign up for a publisher’s account. You will be profiting from the AdBrite’s publisher program. They payout after every 30-60 days so, if you are serious about making money from videos then you should continue this for three months.

AdBrite doesn’t host the videos on their servers, instead they allow you to link from a destination on the web. Your video, in flv format, is then is played on AdBrite’s flv player with the advertisements. With AdBrite’s video player the ads show up for few seconds before the video begins to play and then disappears. If you have a site which has a huge amount of video audiences then you will see significant earnings, because they don’t pay you as much as AdSense. So, if you get little traffic then you won’t see much, because they don’t pay for views, AdBrite pays when the ads are clicked on. I wrote a previous post on AdBrite’s InVideo for those who are new to this blog.

Step 1
Go to the page of the YouTube video that you want to display and copy the first link that is displayed on the right side of the video.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 2
Go to KeepVid.com and paste that link, which you just copied, to the box and press “Download”.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 3
A download link should show up below after you hit the “Download” button. Copy the link of where it says “Download Link”; do not download the video, just copy the location of the link to your clipboard.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 4
Then go AdBrite.com and log-in to your account and click on “Publisher” (purple), then below that click on “InVideo” (blue), then click on “Add Video” (red).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 5
Now on the Add Video page enter the information that they ask. Make sure you add the keywords in the advertisement field that relates to the video you chose and press “Save and Get Code”.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 6
Now this is the hardest part….waiting. It takes about 10-20 minutes for the video to work after you embed the video on your page and publish it. It may work in the preview field after you have submitted the code, but it won’t work on other sites until 10 minutes or so have passed. Therefore, before you publish the page with the video, wait at least 10 minutes or so.

Now that you know this money making method with YouTube, try it out with other video sites such as DailyMotion.com or Break.com.

Please comment below, I need your feedback. Also, please take the time to digg this article, if you can, thank you.

Travel Venture International: Ideas For Home Business

If you are considering TVI Express, you should also review Dream Style Vacations and the new and very HOT pre-launch Pyxism. These three are the top opportunities in the travel related home business industry.

UPDATE: TVI Express downgraded to 3 Stars.

TVI Express originally received a 5 star rating. There are multiple reasons for the new rating. Since our original review the company has left it’s offices in the UK and has not announced a new location. All indications are the company is actually located in India. Who the actual owners of the company are has not been released.

The support for TVI Express is practically non-existent. Reports from numerous TVI Reps indicate that support tickets and emails to support go unanswered. Most often the only way to get issues resolved are to contact the support by phone. Support by phone is limited to less than 8 hours a day and the ability to get through on the support line is very limited.

After 11 months, TVI finally made the ability to register for the six night seven day vacation. This has resulted in a downgrade of the product as detailed in the product section.

The implementation of the 2 by 3 matrix by TVI was an initial booming success. As time passed problems developed. The force fill cycling concept has caused fragmentation of teams resulting in “breakage”. TVI allows individuals to own unlimited positions in the matrix which has greatly added to the fragmentation. The result is stagnated boards.

Two newer U.S. based companies using the 2 by 3 matrix have altered the implementation of the 2 by 3 matrix to alleviate this problem. Dream Style Vacations uses the same force fill cycling plan, but limits individuals to one position which will greatly reduce the fragmentation. The pre-launch Pyxism has developed a “true follow me” plan that completely eliminates the fragmentation.

Individuals are receiving their payouts so they are still a 3 star rated opportunity.

Travel Ventures International is basically a discount travel club. To become a member you simply purchase a travel voucher for $250. That voucher can be redeemed for a 6 night 7 day vacation from a selection of 5 star resorts around the world. No additional costs are required to participate in the business opportunity. Referring two new customers qualifies the new member for a recurring $10,000 payout.

Products:

Travel Ventures International is a discount travel club. Members have access to a travel interface much like Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia and such. Included it access to discount travel packages. The initial product to join is a $250 travel voucher. This voucher can be redeemed for a 6 night 7 day vacation. This also includes the return airfare.

Citizen Corps Product Review:

In November TVI finally opened registration for the 6 night seven day vacation. In order to register you are required to select the dates for your vacation and your 3 destination locations. During the process you are informed that no high traffic periods will be available. The availability of vacations is limited to time frames when promotional rooms are available. After completing the registration request, you are informed that you will receive your options within 5 to 7 working days. Are reviewers that completed this process have yet to receive their options with the 7 working days expired.

The online travel interface is fully functional. A variety of comparisons were tested between TVI Express, Travelocity, Orbitz and Expedia. TVI results matched or bettered the results of the other industry giants. Additionally members had access to discounted and last minute travel packages. Unlike Global Resorts Networks these are not time share travel packages.

The affiliation with RCI promoted by TVI has yet to occur.

Marketing Systems:

Travel Ventures International provides a replicating marketing page with contact management, auto responders, and full back office features. This is provided to all members at no additional cost and no monthly fees. Also provided are business building and marketing tools.

Citizen Corps Systems Review:

There have been no additions or improvements to the marketing system. The company itself provides no business opportunity presentations. All presentation are provided by TVI marketers. While it is a very simple business and only requires each individual sponsor two people, the marketing resources pale in comparison to the newly launched Dream Style Vacation Club.

Startup Costs:

TVI Express eVoucher – $250.

Citizen Corps Startup Costs Review:

It is a one time cost of $250 to become a member. No monthly fees not minimum purchase. That’s it $250 and that includes a 6 night 7 day vacation.

TVI has yet to implement the ability to purchase the vouchers with credit cards. Although the price is $250 it is rare that individual new to TVI can purchase the voucher for that amount. To purchase vouchers there are two options: Use the funds in your own TVI eWallet or purchase via Liberty Reserve. As new members do not have funds in their eWallet, it leaves only the Liberty Reserve option. The price of the voucher via Liberty Reserve is $275 plus the exchange and transfer fees. This amounts to an actual startup cost of about $300.

Compensation Plan:

TVI has a revolving matrix compensation plan. This uses two different 2 by 3 matrices. The first is referred to as the Traveller board and the second it the Express board.

When you join TVI Express, you get a position at Level 1 of the Traveller Board. You earn a $250 commission and an eVoucher worth $250, which accounts to a total benefit of $500 (double your investment) as you exit the Board. The board splits when all positions on the board are filled. All that is required for you to qualify is sponsor just two people. To exit the traveller board you are not required to personally sponsor two people. Those two people can be excess sales made by someone on your team.

When you cycle out of the Traveller board, you get a position at Level 1 of the Express board. You earn a mega bonus of $ 10,000 credited to the Online Wallet instantly as soon as you cycle out of the Express Board. And that’s not all, you get a re-entry into the Express board for you to make another $ 10,000 in a revolving fashion. In addition to the $10,000 cash you also receive a $5,000 travel voucher for use with TVI exclusive travel.

Citizen Corps Compensation Review:

This compensation plan has proved to be very successful and is very popular. Many people have made a lot of money with TVI but their implementation has caused fragmentation and stagnant boards. The ability to have multiple positions ans allowed individuals to manipulate the system by purchasing positons just to cycle a board. This leaves dead positions and results in “breakage” of the compensation plan.

Although there are problems with the implementation it is still a powerful compensation plan that allows individuals to turn $300 into $10,000 very quickly.

The only reason this is not a 5 star rated compensation plan is the comparison to the improved versions utilized by Pyxism an Dream Style Vacations.

The best way to understand this compensation plan is to watch a presentation video.

Diverting tactics of Amway apologists

The Amway apologists always try to divert the original topic of money circulation scam which Amway India is indulging in for the last decade with their dubious promises of quality, standard et al.
The scheme of 6-4-3 plan or other plans are only intended to cheat public with the false promises of getting quick rich. People are realising that the "total financial freedom in 2-5 years" is actually a mirage. So is the case with the Herbalife's cheating. Herbalife is also offering a good business opportunity. And many people are now laden with Herbalife products which they could not sell because of their exorbitant price.
My humble appeal to people all over world in general and Indians in particular to throw such type of fraudsters out of their respective countries.
It is a pity that many Indians or for that matter people in many countries believe that anything from USA is great quality. What they do not realise is that all these products are locally made and sold at American price.
The Amway bosses and their cronies at higher levels are only making money and all others are losers. Still, they believe that they are going to become rich soon. People like Trivedi who claims that he has only joined recently and earning only pittance against the monthly investment of double his earnings, would realise soon. But by that time the damage would be immense and more people would join such schemes believing Trivedis. That is the tragedy. Trivedi, come out of this web and become normal.

Central Food Laboratory confirmed the poor quality of Amway products

Amway India has chosen to appeal in a judicial court to send its samples to the Central Food Laboratory to get them tested there as it did not believe the findings of the State Food Laboratory. The Magistrate ordered the Central Food Laboratory to test the products sent by Amway India. Not surprisingly, the Central Food Laboratory confirmed that the Amway India products are of poor quality. Now, the Amway apologists know that Amway products are not superior quality as claimed by the Amway India.

This is how Amway cheats people in USA
Shyam,
This is a forwarded message from BWW group.
Look at the contents how shamelessly and tactfully, just these crooks are looting their downlines by raising the entrance fee for seminar where the guest/qualified speaker will teach them secrets of success. And amazingly this same secret is delivered every 2-3 months for same people for same price, and still they don't get it?!!! On the top of that a CD will come out with the same/similar speech sold to same people at a whopping cost of $ 8-9 a piece. AND people still don't get it !!??? How out of sense one could be not to get it....?? If these Amway/BWW crooks can deceit in the USA public, it's a piece of cake for them in India and other countries looking for opportunities and hopes.
I sincerely pray and hope with the stand taken by persons like you and more supporters these crooks must be thrown into trashes.
To throw out the garbage we might have to pass through the trashes like IBOFIGHTBACK, Trivedi and gang..
Its still worth it...

Test of products proves how Amway swindle functions
Shyam
Your little flock of reality-inverting 'Amway' apologists are at it, yet again.
We all know that the origins of the 'Amway' swindle lie in the activities of Carl F. Rehnborg and his absurd 'Nutrilite Double X' brand. Rehnborg, a narcissistic tooth-paste salesman turned pseudo-scientist and economic guru, instigated an outrageous, camouflaged money game in the USA back in the 1940s using a harmless placebo which cost a few cents a pack, but which was priced at almost $20 (the same as several hundred dollars today). In reality, for the purpose of the fraud, it didn't matter what Rehnborg's 'product' contained, provided it was (effectively) unsaleable to outsiders, but wasn't poisonous. Had Rehnborg just asked his victims to give him $20 per month and recruit others to do the same, then he would have swiftly found himself in prison. Instead, he got away with his crimes by arbitrarily defining illegal payments as 'sales' and handing his victims jars of pretty pills and capsules. Obviously, Rehnborg might well have been selling empty jars.
The 'Amway' swindle remains essentially the same. The products are promoted as top quality and good value, but they are generally just cheaply-produced and banal rather than dangerous. They are still priced at a level which renders them (effectively) unsaleable to outsiders (with fully-functioning critical faculties). Ultimately, the overwhelming majority of players in the camouflaged 'Amway' money game can never win, because there is insufficient external revenue. Those who persist, merely consume and try to recruit others who will duplicate the same economically unviable plan. The 'Amway' apologists steadfastly deny this simple reality and endeavour to introduce all manner of red herrings and sophistic arguments. No matter how many traumatized and destitute witnesses (like Eric Scheibeler) come forward, apologists always bleat that their own experience of 'Amway' is completely different and that critics and whistle-blowers are all 'liars', 'communists', 'idiots', etc.
Self-evidently, the findings of qualified Indian scientists fit perfectly into how the 'Amway' swindle functions.

Multi-level marketing

Multi-level marketing (MLM), (also called network marketing is a term that describes a marketing structure used by some companies as part of their overall marketing strategy.

The structure is designed to create a marketing and sales force by compensating promoters of company products not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of other promoters they introduce to the company, creating a downline of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation in the form of a pyramid.

The products and company are usually marketed directly to consumers and potential business partners by means of relationship referrals and word of mouth marketing.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued a decision, In re Amway Corp., in 1979 in which it indicated that multi-level marketing was not illegal per se in the United States. However, Amway was found guilty of price fixing (by requiring "independent" distributors to sell at the low price) and making exaggerated income claims.

The FTC advises that multi-level marketing organizations with greater incentives for recruitment than product sales are to be viewed skeptically. The FTC also warns that the practice of getting commissions from recruiting new members is outlawed in most states as "pyramiding". In April 2006, it proposed a Business Opportunity Rule intended to require all sellers of business opportunities—including MLMs—to provide enough information to enable prospective buyers to make an informed decision about their probability of earning money.

In March 2008, the FTC removed Network Marketing (MLM) companies from the proposed Business Opportunity Rule:

The revised proposal, however, would not reach multi-level marketing companies or certain companies that may have been swept inadvertently into scope of the April 2006 proposal.

Another criticism of MLMs is that "MLM organizations have been described by some as cults (Butterfield, 1985), pyramid schemes (Fitzpatrick & Reynolds, 1997), or organizations rife with misleading, deceptive, and unethical behavior (Carter, 1999), such as the questionable use of evangelical discourse to promote the business (Hopfl & Maddrell, 1996), and the exploitation of personal relationships for financial gain (Fitzpatrick & Reynolds, 1997)." "By its very nature, MLM is completely devoid of any scientific foundations."

MLM's are also criticized for being unable to fulfill their promises for the majority of participants due to basic conflicts with Western cultural norms. There are even claims that the success rate for breaking even or even making money are far worse than other types of businesses. "The vast majority of MLM’s are recruiting MLM’s, in which participants must recruit aggressively to profit. Based on available data from the companies themselves, the loss rate for recruiting MLM’s is approximately 99.9%; i.e., 99.9% of participants lose money after subtracting all expenses, including purchases from the company." In part, this is because encouraging recruits to further "recruit people to compete with [them]" leads to "market saturation."

Similar claims regarding profits have been stated by

The Times ("The Government investigation claims to have revealed that just 10 per cent of Amway’s agents in Britain make any profit, with less than one in ten selling a single item of the group’s products.",
high level "Emerald" Amway member Scheibeler ("UK Justice Norris found in 2008 that out of an IBO [Independent Business Owners] population of 33,000, 'only about 90 made sufficient incomes to cover the costs of actively building their business.' That's a 99.7 percent loss rate for investors." (case referred to is BERR vs Amway (Case No: 2651, 2652 and 2653 of 2007) which does list this as one of the points of objectionability: "c) because of the requirement that an IBO pay a joining and renewal fee and the likelihood that an IBO would purchase BSM there was a certainty that the Amway business would cause a loss to a large number of people (to the extent that out of an IBO population which exceeded 33,000 only building their business).")
Newsweek (where it is stated based on MonaVie's own 2007 income disclosure statement "fewer than 1 percent qualified for commissions and of those, only 10 percent made more than $100 a week.)"
Business Students Focus on Ethics: "In the USA, the average annual income from MLM for 90% MLM members is no more than US$5,000, which is far from being a sufficient means of making a living (San Lian Life Weekly 1998)"
USAToday: "While earning potential varies by company and sales ability, DSA says the median annual income for those in direct sales is $2,400."
Setup
Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, dealers, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the company that produces the products or provides the services they sell. They are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through their own sales efforts as well as that of their downline organization.

Independent distributors develop their organizations by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the company, or by recruiting a downline of independent distributors who also build a customer base, thereby expanding the overall organization. Additionally, distributors can also earn a profit by retailing products they purchased from the company at wholesale price.

This arrangement of distributors earning a commission based on the sales of their independent efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their downline is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchiser as well as to an area or regional manager. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company’s compensation plan. There can be individuals at multiple levels of the structure receiving royalties from a single person's sales.

MLM businesses operate in the United States in all 50 states and in more than 100 other countries, and new businesses may use terms like "affiliate marketing" or "home-based business franchising". However, many pyramid schemes try to present themselves as legitimate MLM businesses.

Because pyramiding (getting commissions from recruiting new members including "sign-up fees") is illegal in most states, to remain legitimate in the U.S. a company that uses multi-level marketing has to make sure commissions are earned only on sales of the company's products or services if they cross state boundaries. If participants are paid primarily from money received from new recruits, or if they are required to buy more product than they are likely to sell, then the company may be a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in most countries.

New salespeople may be asked to pay for their own training and marketing materials, or to buy a significant amount of inventory. A commonly adopted test of legality is that MLMs follow the so-called 70% rule which prevents members "inventory loading" in order to qualify for additional bonuses. The 70% rule requires participants to sell 70% of previously purchased inventory before placing new orders with the company. There are however variations in interpretations of this rule. Some attorneys insist that 70% of purchased inventory should be sold to people who are not participants in the business, while many MLM companies allow for self-consumption to be a significant part of the sales of a participant.

The European Union's Unfair Commercial Practices Directive explicitly includes self-consumption as legitimate.

In a 2004 United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Staff Advisory letter to the Direct Selling Association states:

Much has been made of the personal, or internal, consumption issue in recent years. In fact, the amount of internal consumption in any multi-level compensation business does not determine whether or not the FTC will consider the plan a pyramid scheme. The critical question for the FTC is whether the revenues that primarily support the commissions paid to all participants are generated from purchases of goods and services that are not simply incidental to the purchase of the right to participate in a money-making venture.

In a 2007 Wall Street Journal interview, FTC economist Peter Vander Nat stated, "If people are buying because they want to use a company’s products, those sales can count as retail."

The FTC offers advice for potential MLM members to help them identify those which are likely to be pyramid schemes.

Companies have devised a variety of MLM compensation plans over the decades.

Unilevel plans This type of plan is often considered the simplest of compensation plans. As the name suggests, the plan allows a person to sponsor one line of distributors, called a "frontline." Every distributor the person sponsors is considered to be on that sponsor's frontline and there are no width limitations, meaning there is no limit to the amount of people one can sponsor in the frontline. The common goal of this plan is to recruit a large number of frontline distributors and then encourage them to do the same. This is due to the fact that commissions are normally paid out on a limited depth, which typically means sponsor can earn commissions on sales between 5 and 7 levels deep.
Stairstep Breakaway plans This type of plan is characterized as having representatives who are responsible for both personal and group sales volumes. Volume is created by recruiting and by retailing product. Various discounts or rebates may be paid to group leaders and a group leader can be any representative with one or more downline recruits. Once predefined personal and/or group volumes are achieved, a representative moves up a commission level. This continues until the representative's sales volume reaches the top commission level and "breaks away" from their upline. From that point on, the new group is no longer considered part of his upline's group and the multi-level compensation aspect ceases. The original upline usually continues to be compensated through override commissions and other incentives.
Matrix plans This type of plan is similar to a Uni-Level plan, except there is also a limited number of representatives who can be placed on the first level. Recruits beyond the maximum number of first level positions allowed are automatically placed in other downline (lower level) positions. Matrix plans often have a maximum width and depth. When all positions in a representative's downline matrix are filled (maximum width and depth is reached for all participants in a matrix), a new matrix may be started. Like Uni-Level plans, representatives in a matrix earn unlimited commissions on limited levels of volume with minimal sales quotas.
Binary plans: A binary plan is a multilevel marketing compensation plan which allows distributors to have only two front-line distributors. If a distributor sponsors more than two distributors, the excess are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributor's front-line. This "spillover" is one of the most attractive features to new distributors since they need only sponsor two distributors to participate in the compensation plan. The primary limitation is that distributors must "balance" their two downline legs to receive commissions. Balancing legs typically requires that the number of sales from one downline leg constitute no more than a specified percentage of the distributor's total sales.
Hybrid plans are compensation plans that are constructed using elements of more than one type of compensation plan.

TVI Express Busted by Chinese Authorities in Zhejiang as Pyramid Scam

Translator's note: I am not a professional translator, but I do speak and read both Chinese and English. In some sentences, I have to go for the meaning and the nuance instead of going for a literal translation. I do aim for accuracy. If you have a suggestion on how to improve the translation, please feel free to comment. Original is here:

TVI Express: the final verdict
This will really be the final word on TVI Express I will write. It will be a summary of all the previous entries. However, I will also post a translation of the Chinese article, as the Google Translation isn't that good. Any way, here goes...

TVI Express: The Final Verdict

Tens of Thousands of people have been lured by the promise of quick profits, i.e. "earn up to $15000 in a week" to join "TVI Express" all around the world. India, China, and now the US. This supposedly London-based company claims to sell discounted travel vouchers. However, TVI Express is a Ponzi scam, plain and simple. They may have hidden their deeds pretty well, but there are enough clues out there for everybody to find. But will you see it, or stay in self-denial?

The problems of TVI Express are plenty. For organization, I've divided it up into three categories: company background suspicions, company practice suspicions, and finally, faulty retorts.
