Voice Broadcasting



For the voice broadcasting co-op, we use a tool called iBuzz Pro. Donna has purchased this tool and has access to it, and use for the co-op.

How Does Voice Broadcasting Work?

Voice broadcasting simply means…

1. We load hundreds of quality leads into my iBuzzPro voice broadcasting software that we have already purchased.

2. The leads get a phone call with a pre-recorded message giving them a 30-second “message” on the TVI opportunity.

3. If the lead wants more information, they press #1 and leaves their contact information. They have the option to PRess #8 to be removed from our call list.

4. The co-op member calls the lead and collects their email address so that the member can email them more info and an invitation to the opportunity webinar later that day. We provide the co-op member wiht the exact follow-up script.

5. You only talk to those leads that have pressed #1 and are interested. This software eliminates HOURS of cold-calling. It does the “sorting and sifting” for you.

We host 2 weekly voice broadcasting co-ops:

Every **Tuesday at Noon PST**

Every **Saturday at 9 AM PST** (starting Dec, 19th)

These leads are what we call Reverse Marketing Leads. They are very high quality leads that are existing networkers online who are advertising a home business or networking business and who are already in the industry. This is really our best market, so it’s who we target.

Most likely, these people are not succeeding in their business because as you might have heard, there is a 97% failure rate in this industry. What that means is that most network marketers are not making money and they’re not having success.

So if we can show them a system that’s a proven opportunity and a proven system, such as the co-ops and follow up process that we teach and show them how to be successful, then we have a lot to offer there.

We put this recorded script out to our leads and only the people who hear the script and want more information press “1” and those are the only people who we call. This is because they have asked for more information. “We are not cold calling!” I repeat, “we are not cold calling people!” and we are not soliciting their business. We are just following up with them, because they have requested more information. So, it puts off the pressure for our new members who are now following up for the leads they have just generated.

We give you an exact process of how to follow up with the leads. We don’t want you spending all of your time explaining TVI Express on the phone because you’re new at this company and you don’t know a whole lot yet about our comp plan and the company.

We just basically have you follow up, introduce yourself, and let the prospect know that there’s a real person there who is willing to help, who is actually getting in touch with them, because that is so rare. You just collect their email address, so that you can send them more information on our team and on TVI. And that is all you do. Then you send them the information that we provide for you and you follow up with them again to see if they have any questions and you can invite them to one of our opportunity webinars.

So that is the process that we follow. We will follow upw tih them, once they have reviewed the information and they’ve attended an opportunity webinar or listened to a recorded one. Once they know everything about TVI Express, we will get on the phone in a three-way conference with that lead so that we can help you close that sale.
